Sprouts are tasty, decorative, healthy and easily digestible. While germinating, the vitamin content rises and becomes considerably higher than in the seed or in the full-grown plant.

During the germination process the vital substances of the the germ bud are better absorbed by the body.

Shall we eat low-carb, low-fat, low-protein? Vegetarian, Atkins, food combining? - Sprouts fit into any nutritional concept and put the „crown“ on salads, soups, snacks, etc.
